Brickhaven Bed and Breakfast is beautifully located on the hills overlooking the Columbia River Gorge. Just minutes from Interstate 84, Brickhaven is an ideal location for touring, visiting or vacationing in the Columbia River Gorge area of the Pacific Northwest. Experience the peace and tranquility of the country with all the comforts of home and only minutes from downtown Portland and the Portland International Airport.

The Portland Metropolitan area, including Gresham and Troutdale, is just a few miles west, handy for cultural, business, shopping and historic trips.

Traveling east on the Historic Columbia River Highway takes you through beautiful vistas with stunning waterfalls along the gorge. Multnomah Falls, Crown Point, Bonneville Dam and Beacon Rock are just a few of the scenic places to visit in the area.  The Mt. Hood Recreation Area is also nearby with year around skiing and other outdoor sports activities.

Brickhaven Bed and Breakfast is situated on approximately three acres, surrounded by panoramic views of the scenic Columbia River Gorge to the east and west, and the Cascade Mountains to the north. It is bordered by open fields of grass and flowers that gently slope into acres of trees that cover the hillsides down to the Columbia.

Watch the sun rise and set from the same location. This picture is a limited representation of the truly glorious sunsets that are viewed looking west down the gorge.

By day you can watch the progression of river traffic up and down the mighty Columbia and by night the city lights, from nearby Portland and Vancouver, twinkle like a field of stars below you.

Here you see a small corner of the large patio on the north side of the inn. Surrounded by the natural beauty of this location and decorated with exceptional landscaping and flowering plants, this is a perfect location for everything from private weekend getaways to parties, weddings, family reunions, business retreats and more.

The snowy peaks of the Cascade Mountains mark the northern horizon and eagles are often seen circling in the sky above the river. A series of waterfalls with hiking trails are found along the scenic highway, including Multnomah Falls—the 2nd highest year-around waterfall in the U.S. Wildflowers flourish in the gorge and there are many local events for those who want to learn more about them.

Brickhaven is 22.25 miles east of Portland, Oregon. From Interstate 84, take the Corbett exit #22. Drive up Corbett Hill Road to the Scenic Hwy. Take a left and drive 1.5 miles east. Look for the brick mailboxes on the left. Take the gravel drive around the house on the highway into the entrance to Brickhaven Bed and Breakfast. Brickhaven is located close to the Menucha Retreat Center and is approximately one quarter of a mile east of the Crestview Conference Center.
