Brittany Davis

Brittany is a Kansas native who grew up in Maize, just outside Wichita, and attended both the University of Kansas and Washburn University. She works closely with Rick to ensure every seller has an exceptional, well-organized experience. Brittany supports the process through paperwork and coordination, and brings a strong eye for detail—helping identify the most impactful updates and accurately assess comparable properties. Outside of work, she is an avid reader who finishes more than 100 books a year and is a devoted fan of the Kansas Jayhawks and the Kansas City Chiefs.
